*** Edited April 29, 2014: Well I had a hunch this was coming. We are now shipping the second tablet we bought. The keyboard function suddenly stopped working. These tablets are well maintained. They are fully screen and tablet protected and my sons keep an eye on their use. I'm furious that these two tablets have already needed service after just four months of use. That's absurd. I have a feeling this will happen again. I'm glad the company is willing to fix this issue, but paying for shipping and then losing my sons all their information, games, and the like is pretty hard to deal with. Why can't they just work normally? I can't believe these are solid, well-made tablets when buying two of them required service after such a short period of use. I'm starting to think these are unnecessary pills. Yes the price wasn't $300 but we paid $129 for each tablet and for a family on a budget which isn't cheap for us! I expected more from them and am disappointed with the brand itself. Such a crap. :/ My advice: If you have any problem that cannot be solved, contact the company via live chat. They will work with you to solve the problem and will need all your information about the tablet itself. They then create an RMA that you have to fill out and ship with your tablet to Texas for servicing. You have to pay for shipping, but they pay for it on the way back to you. In any case, good luck to the owner! Two more cents. If you are considering these tablets. The company where we live directly communicated with someone on this issue. After fixing a few issues we found we had achieved nothing and then the company emailed us a form so we could box up the tablet and send it to them to have it checked and fixed if possible . Two weeks later the tablet was returned to us like new. We lost everything downloaded related to the game (since that's all they play on their tablets) but we expected it and it wasn't a problem as all the games were free downloads only. We didn't have to pay anything (other than shipping to them, which I was fine with as we just wanted to fix the problem) and the tablet was sent back so quickly it was a very easy process overall. At the same time I am very satisfied. The company fully lived up to this retrospective. The only problem I have is that they never said what the problem was and I would like to know that. I don't understand why that is, but I think they could at least tell us what went wrong and maybe why. But we fixed it and I'm happy with it. So far, so good. Let's see how they hold up in the future. At least I know I can contact the company if needed like they did the first time. I wholeheartedly support you if you didn't purchase a warranty through Revain, and especially if you continue to use Revain past the expiration date. Don't read what's in your brochures. I had to google the company and select the United States to contact anyone here. You are in Texas. If you have any questions, I strongly recommend that you try the company first.
