Review on NIPPIES Reusable Nipple Covers for Women - Optimized Women's Clothing Product by Bradley Mutha

When choosing between the lightest and medium colors, choose the lightest.

If you choose between the lightest color and olive, choose the lightest. I'm East Asian with fair skin but dark nipples. I saw a review that said you should use a darker shade to match the shade of your nipple. My nipples are darker than olive, but my skin is fair and I didn't want to wear anything that contrasted too much with my skin. Acquired olive (medium) color and wore it for 5 months. What I found uncomfortable about the olive (medium) hue is that they show through the shirt as visible circles on any thin white t-shirt, and it was uncomfortable to always wear the t-shirt under light-colored tops. It kind of betrays the purpose of not wearing a bra when instead you have to wrap up in layers (and layers are a pain in the summer). I saw that there were no such issues in the reviews with the lightest nipples. After my first pair wore out, I ordered a second pair in the lightest color. And of course the Nippies could no longer be seen through the white shirts. The nipple layer combined with the shirt does a great job of keeping your dark nipples from showing through the shirt. TLDR: If you have light skin, dark nipples, and love a white shirt, buy the lightest nipples. Your nipples and headlights won't show through your shirts.
