I really like these kitchen towels. They're made of cellulose, so they can hold a lot of liquid, which comes in handy if you spill a large amount. They're then easy to rinse, hang to dry, and reuse a few more times throughout the day (unless you're using them to wipe the juice off any kind of raw meat, use paper towels). The day is done, you can toss them in the washing machine with a drop of vinegar or bleach (whichever you prefer), tumble dry and they're ready to go again. Each of them is enough for several months.
