Very soft at the seams!

quilt is really nice but not high quality. When I opened the package there was a small tear in it and I had to send it back. Two weeks later my cat got sick and a small spot appeared. So I read the care label and washed the comforter. After washing, another seam came undone and the filling is now all lumpy. Therefore, I would not recommend washing this blanket, although it is written that you can. In general I can't return it because I washed it so I keep it. I hope this helps someone else when making a decision or needing to wash this item.
