Works as advertised unlike some other models. This allows you to use two external monitors, which is great, and the USB and charging ports are very handy (there are only 2 for the USB port, so I use a dongle which adds 4 more ports and everything works great). My only complaint (and this may be more true of Mac OS) is that when I unplug my computer and plug it back in, the monitors get swapped, and my laptop screen ends up far left under one of the monitors. There's nothing that can't be fixed in 30 seconds of switching things up, but in any case, I'm more likely to leave my computer and my desk rather than unplugging it and lugging it from place to place . This is great for keeping my workspace in my workspace (and therefore my work on my desk and nowhere else in my house)!
