This device itself is probably somewhere between amazing and awesome. My problem is that it either came without a mounting screw or the screw somehow disappeared in the 3 seconds and 1.50m between unboxing and plugging in. Since it's really quite big and quite heavy, having a mounting screw to hold it to the socket really helps. I have sent several emails through different channels just to ask what size screw to order. I didn't even ask her to. Just tell me which type and length. I found out what kind of screw, they are pretty standard, but I was wrong about the size. If I could get the boat anchor back, I would, but it's too late. Too bad I took the time to find out if the hardware would provide at least minimal support for their product. They don't.
