the quality of the bags is very good! The leather parts feel nice and the canvas material feels like it could hold up very well, and the clip-on straps are very good too, allowing you to customize how you carry the bag on the go. I only have a few improvements that might make this a 5 star decent, 1. Adding a second zip for external zip positions because when I pull something out it's annoying to realize the zip is on the opposite side that the i need, and i have to turn the bag inside out to get to the zip/zip it open. With two zippers I could put them on either side or in the middle and I wouldn't have that problem. Tighten the adjustable straps a little tighter, while not interfering with the zipper on the straps, I feel that the zipper part could be smaller, increasing the brown adjustable section, making the bag more narrow. Again, it doesn't make/break it, but in my opinion it would make the product that much better, but it's a pretty good product in its own right!
