I never browse products. not my thing. but these boots are so good I had a feeling someone might find them useful. Bought my pair 3 months ago. Here's my review: I have weird legs. broad front. narrow at the heel. It's a pain in A to find comfortable boots. I typically wear my work boots 10-16 hours a day and beat them out. throw things at them. regularly accidentally step on uneven heels with your foot. Yes, maybe a bit casual, but I buy strong boots for a reason. Basically, they are tortured every day. I wore everything from lightweight "service" boots to red wings. But these Thorogoods are without a doubt the best boots I've spent my hard-earned money on. They weren't cheap, but they're worth every penny. The fit was as advertised and the leather didn't need weeks to be broken in. I laced them up and put them on straight away. 3 tough months later and they still feel better than most running shoes I've bought. I was on the fence with this wedge sole. it looks like they're pushing your foot forward or something, but it's not. just damn stable from the inside. I wear them on a variety of wet/dry/slippery/hot/cold surfaces and there is no difference in support. They take everything without any noticeable change. I love them so much I will piss my wife off and buy a second pair to wear on the weekends. worth the feedback I'm getting! I highly recommend these boots. Feel free to ask any questions.
