Review on Stay Cozy And Chic With VamJump Women'S Open Front Knitted Poncho Shawl by Chris Elam

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Lite weight sweater

I live in Dallas where the weather can be very . fickle. During the coldest cold I have ever experienced in my life. I thought maybe some kind of fashionable blanket I could drape around me would be awesome. So, I went to my favorite place in the world. Revain, of course.I found these beautiful "poncho" styled "blankets" grabbed to of the most gorgeous colors and couldn't wait to get them home. It was Sunday so I knew I had a couple days wait, ya know with the 2 day shipping and all. Then I got an email saying that one would ship sooner then expected. One day shipping? Oh no! The original shipping say was at least a week out. Strange cause I rarely buy anything without 1 or 2 day shipping. Even so I got one the next Wednesday and the other today, Thursday. Now I was expecting blanket weight something nice and thick suitable for cold. What I got was a light sweater. You ever been to a store and they have those "fleece" blankets for like $5? Well that thin, but the material is not that scratchy. It actually feels nice but it kinda looks like it will pill after a few washes or dries. I love the color and style but these are useless against cold. I'll confer with my daughter (who shares all my clothes with me). If she says keep we keep, if not.

Pros
  • Offers ample warmth even in the coldest conditions
Cons
  • The poncho is not suitable for people who prefer a more form-fitting look
