This is a medium sturdy stand that securely holds my monitor. However, the screws that attach the stand to the base don't fit exactly. After trying them out a few times, I decided that the screws just weren't the right size and the force required to screw them to the base gave the impression that they were cross-threaded. It's much easier to raise and lower the monitor, instead the adjustment function is controlled by a screw that requires a tool to adjust. The plate that attaches to the monitor was much lighter than the plate that I removed from the old monitor stand. The cable manager is ok, but a second manager mount or Velcro cable tie would have made it much more complete. In conclusion, I would like to order a product with more features and higher quality, but for now it works.
