I love bath salts with essential oils. It smells so good and the lavender in this salt is so relaxing. I actually mix some bath salts with body gel and use it in the morning shower, but I love the relaxing scent of lavender. When I'm in the shower, I think about the day ahead and everything I have to do, and the scent of lavender helps relieve stress once or twice. The Fractionated Coconut Oil found in these bath salts is also very soothing and smooths my skin. I'm not postpartum but love the ingredients - it's nice to have this product on hand at all times. I highly recommend it!
