Good thing, really helps with sensitive teeth.
since I use it in combination with apaguard premio toothpaste from Japan, all the problems I had with my teeth are gone. Well, it actually took me about a week to get the full effect, but what the heck is the difference. I won't use anything else now. I use it in the morning and Premium in the evening. I used to think toothpaste was toothpaste until I heard someone recommend using it if you have dental problems. Well I figured it couldn't hurt and I had severe toothache and tooth sensitivity. I was amazed when after about a week of using these two it all stopped.
