Would recommend to a friend.

I like the belt BUT the velcro area doesn't hold the belt well, it keeps slipping. You may need to look at another brand. ***Please note that the above review was incorrect. I hadn't fully retracted the velcro area, but it's holding up well now. Apologies for the above review, now that I've pulled it back properly it sticks and I put it on today and it feels great.
