Got a 3x, was pleasantly surprised it fit my neck, shoulders, arms and bust (42L, it's not see thru but it is stretched to the limit so you can see the white lining but not uncomfortable) but uhh definitely not long enough nor does it take bigger butts/bellies/other parts in mind.

Even with an extender this will not fit on my bottom half. The part right before the snap flp reaches just below my belly button in front and the top od my butt in the back.I might keep it to tuck into high waisted pants or a skirt because I like how the top half looks on me, but if you're looking for an actual body suit as a tall plus size individual, this is not it.For reference my measurements are 55"x43"x56", hour glass with a booty and occasional belly, and I'm 5'10" with a not long torso
