Easy assembly, yes. The first month seemed more comfortable (the description mentioned a thick seating area, sounded comfortable). I am now two months old and the seat pads seemed to have thinned considerably - now I can feel the ischium (buttocks) on the chair seat as if the pad was gone. It also started making a clicking sound every time I sat down. down, I'm wondering if there's anything I need to worry about (e.g. will it fall apart if I accidentally sit across from a customer? *sip*). As far as I know, nothing seems to be free. Aside from those things, it does the trick inexpensively. Probably within the next year or as long as I can stand the discomfort of the seat.
