No need for expensive HDMI extenders
I needed a way to manually switch between two different computers with an HDMI monitor. These connectors were a simple, inexpensive solution. I simply snapped one of these connectors onto the male end of a standard HDMI cable that connects to the monitor and was then able to easily disconnect/connect the male ends of standard HDMI cables coming from computers. The video quality remained perfect even after many, many disconnects/plugs of two different HDMI cables coming from the computers.
