Suitable for any time of the day. I like it because it's comfortable. The material is pretty good. Has elastic silk material. I use it under a t-shirt or as a sports bra for workouts, yoga and jogging. If you want to buy one size bigger. I'm usually between medium and large depending on the brand and material. I went with the big one. And it fits pretty well. Not too tight and not too loose. I have small boobs, but this actually fits just right! The cup pads are a bit thick, they were ok for me because they lifted the bust a bit lol. I have white, olive green and black. I love it.
