UPDATED REVIEW: I contacted customer service. They stand by their product and immediately replaced the headset. My son reports that headset is working great. I appreciate the follow up by the company.Original post: My son loved this headset. He saved up money for a few months and was so excited to purchase them. When the headset worked, it worked great. But for the mic to go out after only 5 months made me score this so low. I typically don't write reviews, but these should have lasted much longer.
