ok I gave 3 stars because I MAY have had a malfunction and the replacement unit works, but even though the light on the USB-C port is on, this unit just isn't ok. I can't charge my XPS13 9380. I HOPE this just means it's a bug and the new unit will work, but it's not my decision so I went back for a refund and bought a genuine DELL replacement.
