I will describe the most important thing about the noise - maybe it will help someone, because, I see, the problem is frequent. I use it on my computer (Win10), and when connected, these headphones are defined as two devices (see photo). So, on one device ("Hands-Free Headphone") there is noise, but if you switch to another device ("Headphones") - then there is no noise. The most interesting thing is that both connections work fine (youtube sounds, music plays). So it's not clear why they did it. In general, if you want to remove noise - switch to another device under these headphones. True, this is on a computer (maybe this is generally a feature of win10?), I did not try it on the phone.
