This is the first time I share my experience with this product. We bought this new HP printer in a hurry because our other printer stopped working before a very important deadline, thinking it was the same as our previous printer. We used it for about a month and then we had to change the primer ink. That's when we found information about the chip. We continue to buy inks from this company as we have used them in the past and are happy with the quality and price. When we received the ink we were very pleased to see that it included the tools needed to install the chip from the original cartridge into the new cartridge. It took a few minutes to figure it out, but we installed the chip with no problems. After that, the next 3 cartridges are easy. In general, it took about 10 minutes to learn and spend a few drops of chips. I have actually found that this is not a problem. We put in new ink cartridges, yes the printer didn't recognize them as new ink cartridges but it just ignored the error message and is able to print. The print quality was also very good, even better than the original cartridges that came with the printer. I am very satisfied with this product and will definitely buy it again next time.
