During the first three days I didn't notice much difference in my cat's behavior. By the fourth day I noticed that he was becoming much calmer, started playing more with the other cat and was sleeping better. I got this to ease his habit of marking his urine, which is a habit. I think it should touch the skin because now my cat smells like Calm Paws Disk. That's the second thing I don't really like. My cat smelled like sugar cookies, now he smells like lavender and other essential oils. However, this is a compromise. The one where I have to decide in 30 days whether I like it or not.
