Great customer care, easy to navigate website for dialing in numbers, price isn't too high if you want more than one user. I don't like that it doesn't have features that are popular with other free calling websites. Call quality isn't great. Doesn't include any free trial so we didn't know how well it would work until after our first month without a cancellation. We needed a solution to make multiple simultaneous live calls from our customers into our in-call center simultaneously. This allows us to answer questions and resolve issues faster and more effectively. I like the fact that it's easy to use, very intuitive and has excellent customer support. The price point is also very good. It is not as robust as other providers in terms of features but you can get by with what they have. We are using this for internal meetings and it works well so far. I would say the biggest benefit is the ease of use. You don't need any training to use it and it is easy to set up.
