Installation instructions are not provided.

No installation instructions; Once you have that sorted out, you need to clear all dust/particles, which isn't entirely obvious (or easy to do) due to the lack of installation instructions. This left some dust particles on the screen, which is very annoying for the pilot. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's already scratched - WTF! I contacted support and got a short message from the supplier in response, effectively telling me "good luck". Guys this is a good product but no instructions and apparently no customer service. Too bad.
