Waist 32 inches. I ordered a 34" belt. Which is standard practice. The belt arrived and is marked as a 34" belt, but upon wearing it it is clear that it is a 32" belt, made for someone with is made to a 30" waist. It barely fits with the last notch. I'm planning to lose 5lbs. anyway, and I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. It looks well built. Maybe it would suit my skinny I like better?
