The quality is good, but not regulated.

Okay, I kept looking at the picture trying to figure out how these things are adjustable in depth. I never got to figure it out before ordering so I just ordered 6 individual gangs and a 3 gang as it seemed like the only one that would work with my existing build. As soon as I got them I realized that calling them adjustable is the same as calling a 2x4 board adjustable since you can put screws anywhere. Serious? I was working with drywall and quickly found that if I leveled it as close as possible and then put the screws in, it would sink about an inch and be below the surface. I spent hours trying to find the best place for all my boxes. Of course, this only works if the 2x4s are perfectly aligned. If not, half of the box will remain outside the drywall. It didn't really matter what I did and I'm a very mechanical person. In the end I just had to accept that some of them would stick out and grind or grind that part. However, the speakers are well constructed and if you don't mind a headache, they will do the job in the long run. Now blue boxes that call themselves adjustable to be honest. You can adjust them once they are securely attached to the 2x4 wheel. Unfortunately the only ones I could find had to be installed before the drywall. It's probably your only choice in certain situations, but shame on the manufacturer for those gray boxes using the term adjustable. You need to take some time to make a box that really fits.
