I was so excited to get this and get everything off the ground in one compact, accessible place. I have a 2014 Honda Pilot and while it's huge, it's not well thought out. I can't put anything in the glove box or center console, not even the OWNER'S MANUAL. So I knew there would be enough room for it and other things like jumper wire, towel, air compressor, tire pressure gauge, blanket etc. When it arrived it was in good condition and seemed sturdy. I quickly installed it and went to fill the car and found the clamps were misaligned to secure a closed end. There were two male figures on one side and one male and one female on the other. This means I couldn't close one side to make the container smaller, stronger and taking up less space. It didn't bother me at first because I already had to pack so many things in it, but over time it broke because I couldn't protect it the way it was supposed to be safe. Soon the stitching came undone and now it's all just a mess. I recently ordered a replacement and hope to have a better experience. Of course I could contact customer service. I even took a picture and started emailing but thought it did the job and was sure it would last. It's not what I use to carry things to and from the car. Just sitting in the car. Didn't think it would break so quickly.
