A little help. in Computers & Tablets

After 13 years of faithful service, my HP case has finally decayed. I'm not ready to switch to full laptop/tablet mode just yet, so in search of a desktop replacement I settled on the Del - it's actually the first Dell product I've ever owned. /2 the size of the tower it replaces, it frees up valuable desktop space. Most connections are solid enough, but the DVD/RW tray is pretty flimsy compared to those found on older hardware. I think I should be thankful I was able to find a computer with a floppy drive at all (haha). The included wired keyboard and mouse are actually very basic, but they do the trick if you're on a budget, and I personally had plans to replace them with a more convenient wireless setup. I appreciated the fact that this computer came with an HDMI port - I was able to reuse my old HDMI monitor, which still works fine (without the monitor cable, of course). I bought this computer in early 2020 and if you read old posts where some people complain about Win 10 Pro operating system booting from hard drive, I think it's better to assume that when buying this model, a new one , the operating system will be on an SSD (I have one). Load times won't break records, but fast enough IMHOP. This computer has an I5 processor, 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage (along with a small SSD) so it can easily handle what I use it for. - work-related tasks, web surfing, email, other basic household computing needs. I don't use it as a media center, and if your gaming needs go beyond solitaire, you might want to look elsewhere. Why four stars? Well, if you don't know much about desktop setup, you might be a bit confused when you open the box. Only a tiny setup document is included (Dell's support site has a much better setup PDF along with a service manual). Previous boxes I've bought (mainly from HP) had better setup documentation. Again, this warning is aimed at people unfamiliar with setting up the hardware - this isn't a problem for advanced users. Anyway, I'll change my rating if necessary, but for now it's a good "home base" that will hopefully last as long as my old one. :)
