This saved my life on my trip from California to Seattle. I had back pain and didn't like sitting in my office chair for long periods of time, so I dreaded our long trip to Washington. I've seen all the reviews and they're all fine. I have a cushion for my office chair at work and couldn't take it in the car because it was too big for the seat, so that was the next big thing. I was driving so the seat cushion didn't have to be so big that I could lean too high in the seat. It is excellent. I didn't have back pain or buttock problems all the time. I use it all the time as I have to commute to and from work every day for about an hour. I don't know why I didn't buy it sooner. My sister even bought one for herself and she loves it too!
