Excellent Implementation Service for Our Company
i love how easy it was to use this product! We were able to have all of our employees stay in compliance with their benefits very quickly.
It also made keeping track of everything really simple! The only thing I didn't like about pulseHRM was that sometimes we would hit an error or something would not work the way they said it did but usually after giving them a few days it got better. If you are looking to implement some sort of software system into your organization then definitely look at pulseHRM! They had us up and running faster than any other program I've used before!
Pros
- No need for training
- Great support staff when needed (especially during tax time)
- Very user friendly interface, even my husband could figure out things easily.
- Easy access from anywhere via mobile app/web browser
- Multiple platforms available so no matter what device someone uses there's always going be one thats compatible ;)
Cons
- Occasional glitches here & There.
- Sometimes certain reports take longer if more people sign onto HRMS
