PRO: Okay, some mentioned SMALL BOTTLES. Yes, not as big as the BIGGEST BUT MORE CONCENTRATED! QUANTITY - at CONCENTRATED, LARGE QUANTITY. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. PRICE - for the number of loads these bottles get softer, great price. THE SMELL IS HUGE FOR ME as I am VERY sensitive to smells and everything in fabric softeners, my skin is sensitive and I get headaches from perfume cleaners. or plasticizer. It practically does not smell, I do not smell perfume and chemical smell. SMALL ODOR but not at all bad or strong for me and I AM SENSITIVE. SOFT - I LOVE DOWN (except down sheets because they always seem to be scented, maybe because they're placed next to scented things, or maybe they're just scented). I have had Downey fluid for a long time. I think this new concentrate is an improvement as I can use less. DICKE - OK, IT WAS NOT STUPID as some complain. I think it must be old fabric softener and/or it was stored in a hot room. When I poured it I had SUCH consistency that I'm used to from a LESS concentrated Downy. PACKAGING - HELLO AMAZON! IT WAS WELL PACKAGED. I always worry about getting some kind of liquid but this one had LARGE cardboard between the bottles AND VERY STRONG TAPE ON EACH CAP. EXCELLENT WORK! HE CAME IN PERFECT FORM! SO FIVE STARS! I WILL CONTINUE ORDERING until price and quality change!
