The ability to categorize messages into different folders is very helpful in managing my email accounts with multiple clients (Gmail/Outlook), keeping track of all communications related to one client or project can be tricky without this feature! I would like more customization options such as being able to change colors etc; however it does what it needs to do well enough so far! Highly recommend if you are looking for something simple but effective.
