Review on Compression Alleviating Arthritis Fasciitis Circulation by Dan Barrett

Exactly what I needed. The gel ice pack fits snugly around my sprained ankle and allows me to squeeze my sleeve while flying and lifting myself. My only complaint is that the air comes out of the case slowly but stays compressed for the 15-20 minutes it takes me to freeze. I wish there was an extra gel pad included. Overall a good buy!
