Flickering and poor customer service

I installed the H13 bulbs in my 2009 Yukon and they seem bright enough but they flicker and on automatic setting my headlights are on day and night. I saw that they offer a canbus decoder for this problem but when I attempt to call the phone number for their customer service the connection terminates. The ebay help line "call me now” doesn’t work, it showed connected but hangs up. Not what I would expect from either company. Disappointed with the service. Don’t offer a number to call if you aren’t going to answer.
