I had laser surgery in April. I've recently started having problems with extreme dryness due to temperature changes and warming. That ice pack worked wonders because it helped me. I highly recommend. Many comments complain that it doesn't stay cold for long, keep in mind that you shouldn't leave the ice pack on your eyes for more than 15 minutes at a time. The pack stays cold for at least 30 minutes.
