Bought this for my son (9 in a week) who has a broken thumb at the hairline. His wrist is 4.5 inches in circumference and youth size fits him perfectly. The splint is good and stable, keeps the thumb in place. He has sensitivity issues, but he immediately noticed how soft it was.
