Nice! ....! in my opinion
It's fully lined so the sequins don't get rough on the wrong side. However, they can be annoying if your hands rub against them from the outside. But our little girl likes to wear it and accepts a little trouble. :) Well made and true to size. Perfect for Independence Day!
