I ordered one that didn't include the strike zone and the small hooks on each leg were bent so I couldn't attach the net to the base more securely. Consequently, I ordered a replacement and although it included the strike zone, the hooks (including the picture) on the legs were bent again, preventing the mesh from attaching. I took a screwdriver and pryed the hooks off, accidentally scratching the legs, but then I was able to secure the mesh. Since the strike zone on the second order was rolled up so it didn't lay flat when attached to the mesh, I had to iron it out before attaching. After I fixed everything everything worked for my daughter who is a 14U softball pitcher at about 55 mph. We had to use the included anchors to secure it to the ground to keep it from falling on impact, but it seems to be holding up well.
