Bought this for my daughter's Christmas play and it is.
A nice petticoat would have been perfect but it was a bit small. My daughter is almost exactly 5 and 6 months old and the 5-6 petticoat was too small. She is tall for her age but would be more suitable for an average 4-5 year old girl. Very high quality, hence 4 stars.
- Fits my 6 year old above the knee. Provides good fullness for her skirt.
- Can get expensive for children's clothing
