They are bright. Radiation behavior with fanless high beam a little spotty with high beam without projector, but passable. Illuminates road signs up to 1/4 mile away. If you have a loose fit, make sure all 3 tabs fit into their slots. The 2011 Honda Odyssey is tough. It is impossible to see and touch the light bulb at the same time. Can be installed with just two tabs, providing a tight but unstable fit. Worse, the bulb is at a slight angle, so what appears to be "straight" results in only 2 lugs engaging. Also make sure you use a set screw to adjust the rotation of the lamp housing as the factory position is not correct for the Honda. It's not in the manual (if there is any). Thank you to the other reviewers. One last tip for the Odyssey, remove the air intake as instructed by the Odyssey, then when you have more hands remove the battery (10mm wrench). This made installation on the driver's side easier than on the passenger side. I moved the power steering fluid reservoir to the passenger side. With small enough hands that might not be needed on the passenger side, but I couldn't do it without moving it and it was still tight. Let's hope these bulbs survive the car. The included brochure states >= 30,000 hours in fanless mode. If it's 1/10 of that, I'm satisfied.
