Excellent quality in my opinion.
I bought them for a costume but they are so durable I can wear them like real wellies until my grandson outgrows them.
They are made of durable rubber, not plastic at all. They feel high quality.
- No weird plastic smell, great boots seem to be of good quality.
- Extremely bad quality! You're in Oregon and I'm in Montana. It's hard to imagine the picture.
