Review on 🎒 Efficient and Stylish J World New York Sway Laptop Rolling Backpack for Easy Mobility by Maria Karkhanis

Bought a few months ago. Last week I finally got the chance to use it. The front zipper broke after 2 days. Now the lightning is stuck. I love the idea of a suitcase/backpack combo, but the build quality, especially the zippers, seems poor. It's past the return date so I'll have to contact J World directly. Will update again if or when this is fixed. *Update* It took J World a while to respond to my query, but they finally did. After exchanging multiple emails with photos attached for 3 weeks, they stopped contacting me for another 2 weeks. Then a box appeared and a replacement was sent free of charge.
