This item is incredibly comfortable. They sent me a used one as it was already inflated, in a thin clear plastic bag that tied at the top and had to squeeze through the door. I have to say that the courier was amazing although he could hardly keep a straight face. The company sent a new suitcase for it, but my bag was medium and the suitcase was small. I threw a blanket over him and oh. My little cat has made it her own. Unfortunately, this took up too much space to be practical. It's perfect for a living room or family room. By the way, the recommended sizes are extreme. I'm 5ft 2in, have a medium sized bag and my legs dangle just below the knee, but a properly positioned pillow worked just fine.
