Review on 🏋️ AMBER Sports Speed and Agility Training Ladder for High-Intensity Training: Ideal for Boxing, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Ice Hockey by Suhas Carney

Just started my eighth season of football with this ladder. It has held up very well in all seasons, rain or shine, indoors and out. The ladder consists of woven nylon sidewalls to which yellow-green plastic rungs are attached. The treads can slide on the nylon and allow for adjustment of the spacing between the treads, but are usually held tight during use. Players who drag or trip over the steps (because they don't lift their feet) can cause the steps to move, but they will easily return to their original position. speed and agility. I've bought other ladders that don't compare cheaply to this one. Actually I'm online to buy their 30ft ladder. I think it's a good buy and recommend it unreservedly. Two disclaimers: the photos in some of the listings do not match the actual product and the description of the product in the listing I am adding this comment to is just plain wrong and someone needs to fix it.
