Maybe I'm just an idiot who doesn't understand Cisco phones, but I expected to be able to plug in a phone in the office and start using it. NOT CORRECT! Since this very aesthetically pleasing phone and its many advanced features have one major drawback, it doesn't come with a power adapter as it comes with POE. Since our router doesn't support POE, I had two choices: spend another $50-75 on a network adapter and wait another 3-4 days for it to arrive, or just look for a less advanced but working phone. Cisco, this is a $300 phone. Do you really have to pay us for the power adapter? What's next, a phone that doesn't have odd or even keys, making them optional, separately sold accessories? Based on the looks I would give the phone 5 stars but that's not enough! Since I couldn't test the phone because I can't connect it, it's worth 0-1 stars: I can't make calls with it, sitting nicely on the table isn't enough for a phone!
