My youngest son is 18 months old and loves to wear his brother's slippers. I figured it was time for him to get a pair of his own and bought them to put in his stocking for Christmas. I am very happy with it. They are made from a pleasantly soft fleece material and will keep your feet warm without getting hot. He doesn't like socks so I put them on him without socks and had no problems. (Child can easily wear socks with it.) It is very easy to put on. They open wide and have the same fabric ankle strap that fastens with snaps. The strap offers 2 buttons so you can adjust it accordingly. As another reviewer mentioned, they have non-slip grips on the bottom which are basically useless. (They remind me of flat felt Velcro straps.) Aside from that, he wore them on our hardwood floors and they never let him slip. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a little guy/little slipper girl.
