On EasySMX ESM-4108 Switch controller, Turbo function needs to be enabled first. Hold down the right joystick and then press the Capture/Turbo button. The LED around the right joystick changes from blue to red. Then press and hold the Capture/Turbo button and then select the button you want to use for the Turbo function.
