Perfectly fits Oculus Quest 2 as it matches the original strap design. It holds up well and doesn't bother if you need to adjust the native strap tension. I thought the padding would be a bit thicker, but it makes VR more comfortable. The original strap was flimsy and I felt like it was constantly slipping. With this, the strap behind my head doesn't bother me as much anymore and I notice that my headset doesn't slip off as much as it used to when playing games. For the price, it's a good option for added comfort while gaming, but I'll probably buy something bigger and better once third-party companies start making cheaper Elite Style straps.
