Very dry mascara in a tube.
Does not smear or flake Very dry mascara. You can't build it either. I have used DHC, L'Oréal and Blinc mascaras. Tried to find a new one! Not this one! At the end of the day it was irritating my eyes, I think tiny pieces were coming off. Not sure if the drought was as it should be?
