Can see through. I got black and although it's not quite see through you can still see through it in the light. I don't have big boobs but it was neat on top. I don't like the feel of the front where all the embroidery is. The back is not smooth. (Actually I don't think there is support). I won't wear it, but if I have to go to the hospital I'll take it. It's beautiful and worth the money. I'm just very picky about things that rub against me when I'm trying to sleep. I want everything to be smooth, this front yoke is not smooth.
